COVERAGE
Suetto ships products to municipalities in Colombian territory* through an independent transport company, which guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you want.
Municipalities located in the departments of Amazonas, Guainía, Guaviare, Vaupés, Vichada and the archipelago of San Andrés and Providencia are exempt from our free shipping coverage.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery time of the products is approximately three (3) business days for
cities of Bogotá DC and Medellín; five (5) business days for main cities and up to ten (10) business days for other destinations under normal operating conditions.
Delivery times begin to count from the approval of the payment, which will occur once the financial institution or other entity responsible for the payment method used confirms the availability of the resources.
Upon payment approval, you will receive a confirmation email
of the same. To check the status of your purchase you can enter the home page in the top menu on our website, “My account - My Orders” or in your email inbox.
For the purposes of calculating delivery times, the date and time of payment approval must be taken into account as follows:
If the purchase is confirmed before 3 pm from Monday to Friday, the first business day corresponds to the day you made the purchase and the delivery time will begin to count from that day.
If the purchase is confirmed after 3 pm, the delivery time will begin counting from the business day following the payment confirmation.
If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, delivery time will start from the next business day of payment confirmation.
The transport company through which SUETTO ships its products does not promise to make deliveries on an exact schedule. If you have any concerns with the delivery of the product, you can contact us via WhatsApp +573004527182 (Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm), through our email address info@suetto.co.
The product may be received or inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will be sufficient, with which the product will be deemed delivered to satisfaction.
